Greater Mercer TMA (GMTMA) is seeking qualified consulting firms for a Regional Mobility Planning and Community Needs Assessment in Mercer and Ocean Counties. The project will identify transportation needs and develop community-driven solutions—electric or non-electric—to improve mobility, air quality, and equity in Priority Overburdened Communities.

Proposals due: December 1, 2025, by 5:00 p.m.
Questions due: November 14, 2025, by 5:00 p.m.
Project budget: Up to $200,000
