Walking with Mindfulness Webinar 

Learn how one simple thing, walking, can make a big difference in your day! Improve your stress response, immune function, and feel a sense of overall wellbeing. Webinar guest Alexandra Crowley, R.N. PMHNP-BC, will walk you through how you can incorporate mindfulness into your daily life, whether you walk or bike to work, go for a lunch walk, walk your dog, go for a hike, or find yourself in need of a break from your daily stress.

New Route 130 Connection Service and Schedule

Route 130 Connection is now operated by a new service provider and four new bus stops were added on the westside of Route 130, along Princeton-Hightstown Road, on Lanning Blvd and in East Windsor Village (Target). The new stops will increase access to shops, restaurants, and employment opportunities.
