By participating in this photo submission, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility: Participants must live, work, attend school, or regularly visit Mercer County, Ocean County, Montgomery Township, or Plainsboro, or bike to destinations within these communities. Participants outside these areas are welcome to participate, but prize eligibility may be limited.

Location Requirements
Submitted photos must be taken in Mercer County, Ocean County, Montgomery Township, or Plainsboro. to be considered.

Photo Guidelines
Photos must clearly show you and your bike at the designated location.

Group photos: You may include friends and family in your submission, but ensure everyone in the picture is comfortable being included before submitting.

Images of Minors
If your photo includes a minor (under 18 years old), you must have written consent from their parent or legal guardian before submission.

We do not publish identifying information (such as names or personal details) alongside images of minors.

If a parent or guardian requests removal of a photo containing their child, we will honor the request.

Photography Disclaimer
By submitting your photo, you grant GMTMA permission to use, edit, and share the image for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes (including social media, website, print, and digital materials).

If you do not wish for your photo to be used, please indicate this in writing at the time of submission.

Unauthorized commercial use of submitted images is prohibited.
