By submitting a photo, you agree to the following:

Eligibility: Participants must live, work, attend school, or regularly visit Mercer County, Ocean County, Montgomery Township, or Plainsboro, or bike to destinations within these communities. Participants outside these areas are welcome to participate, but prize eligibility may be limited.

Location Requirement: Submitted photos must be taken at a location within Mercer County, Ocean County, Montgomery Township, or Plainsboro New Jersey.

Photo Guidelines: Photos must clearly show you and your bike at the destination and reflect the spirit of the Bike to Happy Challenge. Note: You may include friends and family in your photo, but only with their permission.

Minors: If the photo contains minors (under 18) who are not the participant, you must confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent for their inclusion and public display.

Social Sharing (optional but encouraged): Tag @GMTMA and use the hashtag #BikeToHappy when posting on social media.

Judging Criteria: Photos will be judged on creativity, quality, originality, and how well they capture the joy and spirit of biking in the community.

Prizes: Winners will receive prizes as outlined by Greater Mercer TMA. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

Notification: Winners will be notified using the contact information provided. If a winner cannot be reached within five (5) business days, an alternate winner may be selected.
